Custom Formula Refill
Order a Custom Formula Refill to receive a refill of your most recent custom formula. Choose this option if you are doing well on your current formula and evaluation and review of your treatment is not needed at this time.
Sean makes and ships refill orders Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please have your order in by 12 pm MST on Mondays to have it shipped that week.
Evaluation + New/Updated Custom Formula
Order an Evaluation + New/Updated Custom Formula for an evaluation of your current symptoms and progress, and to receive a new or updated custom formula. Please complete the follow up form for evaluation along with your order. (link here) On most treatment plans, an updated formula is recommended every 2 weeks during the first 2 months of treatment, and every 2 to 4 weeks after the first 2 months of treatment.
