Evaluation

Continue on your treatment plan

For evaluation of your current herbal treatment, please pay for evaluation here and fill out the follow up form. I review forms to evaluate your treatment Friday through Monday. Please have your payment and form submitted before 12 PM on Monday for the week you would like to have your treatment updated. After reviewing your form, I will get your formula updated and sent out as soon as possible. Forms and orders received after 12 PM on Monday may not be reviewed until Friday. 

Order Herbs

If you purchase a custom formula without going through the evaluation process first, you will receive a refill of your most recent formula. 

Granule and raw herb formulas

I make granule and raw herb formulas Friday through Monday. Order here and your current formula will be made and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Classical Pearls capsule formulas

Classical Pearls formulas ship Monday through Saturday.

Consultation

Schedule a one-on-one consultation

For long term treatment plans, schedule a consultation every three months for in-depth evaluation and assessment.

You can also schedule a consultation anytime to address questions about your treatment, or to address new health concerns that arise.
